Refund Policy

Every DiscoverSponsors subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If the product doesn't help you find sponsors worth pitching, ask within 14 days and we refund you in full — no questions asked, and no need to explain yourself.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to your first payment on any subscription plan — Creator ($19.99/month or $199/year) and Agency ($59/month or $590/year). You have 14 days from the date of that first charge to request a full refund.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from your billing settings at any time, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling never cuts your access short.

Renewal charges are not automatically covered by the 14-day first-purchase guarantee, and we do not pro-rate the unused part of a period. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us anyway — we would rather sort it out than keep money you didn't mean to spend.

One-time purchases

One-time add-ons, such as extra channel slots ($14.99 each), are refundable within 14 days as long as the slot has not been used. Once an add-on has been consumed it is no longer refundable, because the access it unlocks has already been delivered.

How to request a refund

Use the support channel available inside the product, or reply to the receipt you received at checkout. Tell us which account and which charge, and we will start the refund. You do not need to justify the request inside the guarantee window.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record checkout provider, which also handles refunds and any sales tax or VAT charged on the original order. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue them as soon as we see the request; how quickly the money lands is up to your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5–10 business days.

Before you open a chargeback

Please contact us first. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which takes far longer than simply asking for the refund. We would rather refund you today.
